Transforming a huge hundred year old apartment into two hi-end rental units proved to be quite fun but also a bit challenging.

The essential idea behind the concept was fusing together the bohemian charm of the 1920s Belgrade with modern Scandinavian upscale cozy feel. Earthy tones, natural oak wood and course textiles were used to create the laid back yet extravagant feel with all the warmness of a home.

As in any of our projects the lighting was approached with special care, for decorative lighting we turned to one of our favorite award winning brand Nordlux, whose mat black and opaque glass fixtures blended in with the concept perfectly.
